December 15, 2015 - It was snowing this morning.  A nice whitetail buck was out along the draw before dawn.

December 1, 2015 - A herd of elk in the afternoon sun on Eagle Point.  The Wolf Mountains are on the horizon.

November 30, 2015 - A Bald Eagle sits in the top of the big cottonwood tree along the draw in the Whitney pasture.

 

 

November 29, 2015 - Snow this morning.

 

 



November 28, 2015 - It was three degrees below zero this morning.  The creek is beginning to freeze over.

 

 

November 27, 2015 - The Wyoming Fish and Game Department says there are 1100 elk in this herd behind Dot and Dash this morning.  Much of the herd is hidden by the contours of the land, still it is a remarkable sight.  It was -2F when I went out this morning.

November 23, 2015 - A gaudy sunrise this morning.

November 22, 2015 - The cattail filled draw north of Hunky Hill and the mouth of the canyon.

November 21, 2015 - Bear with me, I know these are a lot of deer photos, but the rut is on and in a week or so the bucks will meld back into their coverts and be far less visible.  This mule deer doe and fawn are on Doubledare in the early morning light.  I like the yellow and blue.

November 20, 2015 - It snowed last night.  A whitetail buck and does along Big Goose Creek near Beckton.

The north wind blew like a banshee all night and all day today.  We had rain, sleet, hail and snow. 

November 17, 2015 - A mule deer buck and doe in the mountain mahogany near the top of Teller Mesa.

November 16, 2015 - We took a drive up the mountain for a late breakfast this morning.  This is Bull Creek as it runs into the North Fork; this is moose country.
