April 14, 2022 - The week's weather in review from the end of the road in the middle of nowhere.  It is +3F this morning, but there is no wind.  Yesterday morning the temperature was +8F  with winds 30-40 mph.  Snow drifts up to 3 feet high.  Wind chill -35F.  All day and all night.  Tuesday, an old fashioned, high plains blizzard with 6"-8" of heavy snow preceded by frozen rain.  Temperature +15F, constant winds of 30-40 mph.  Wind chill -25F to -30F.  Springtime in the Rockies.  And Siberia.
